Phil Dayalu has led technology and product organizations from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies, with a track record spanning crypto, fintech, ad tech, and enterprise digital platforms. As a Revenue, Product & Technology Operating Partner, Phil works with PE-backed and growth-stage companies to accelerate revenue, modernize technology, and build execution-ready teams. He has been on both sides of PE diligence - advising buyers on technology risk and sellers on value creation. Previously, Phil served as Senior Vice President at Fidelity Investments, where he pioneered digital asset platforms and client engagement solutions.

A tenured executive leader with extensive experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, cloud enablement, leadership, and technical program management, Mark led numerous digital transformation projects and AI strategy implementations. These initiatives fundamentally improved operations by streamlining processes and integrating advanced technologies, enhanced financial performance through cost reductions and efficiency gains, and ultimately drove significant revenue growth by expanding market reach and increasing customer satisfaction.
Mark's ability to combine excellent leadership skills, influential communication, and emotional intelligence has been key in navigating complex challenges, and he likes to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Mark is currently advancing his expertise in digital and AI leadership through a focused academic pursuit at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holding certifications from Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Salesforce, underscoring his commitment to staying at the forefront of technological innovation.
